Business Chauffeur Services

We will collect you from either your home address or office and will convey you to the Airport, Sea Port or any other designated travel gateway, and we will also meet you on your arrival or return and bring you back again. Our drivers will identify themselves to you with a “Meet and Greet” notice board (displaying your company name and logo) and will normally be stationed in the Arrivals Hall (Customs Exit or Information Desk).

All drivers carry a cell-phone for safety and to ensure that they can be contacted in the event of an emergency or changes to the schedule. Business travellers should always ensure that their cell-phones (mobiles) are switched-on once they are in the terminal building.

For flight arrivals, our drivers will be at the Airport Terminal in accordance with the scheduled arrival time. Our experience shows that Airport Information Services and Displays are regularly unreliable (a reason why so many airports publish disclaimers regarding their information systems), and as a result, this may on occasion affect the actual timing of collections. In such cases travellers may complete disembarkation and exit formalities either earlier or later than the expected time.

In the event that a traveller is delayed due to Immigration, Baggage Handling / Loss, or Customs, we will always attempt to ascertain if there is a problem and to locate the individual(s) concerned by all means available, including official enquiries, phone and paging messages. We will not leave the terminal until we have, to the best of our ability, clearly ascertained that the traveller is not present, or until the client company has authorised us to abandon the pick-up.

Delayed or early arriving travellers are advised not to leave the terminal building, and to listen for announcements and to stay close by the Information Services Desk.
